Acupuncture

Acupuncture uses very fine, sterile needles placed at carefully selected points to encourage the body’s natural ability to rebalance and heal. These points influence pathways of connective tissue that link the surface of the body with its internal systems, helping to regulate important neurological and hormonal responses. As the body shifts from a stressed, “fight-or-flight” state into a calmer “rest-and-digest” mode, people often feel a deep sense of ease. This is the state where true healing can begin. Acupuncture is both preventative and restorative, supporting your wellbeing on many levels.

Facial acupuncture

Facial acupuncture is a natural, gentle way to rejuvenate the skin and support a healthy, refreshed appearance. Using very fine, sterile needles placed at carefully selected points on the face and body, this treatment encourages circulation, supports collagen production and helps the skin regain its natural glow. It can soften the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles, ease facial tension, reduce puffiness and support clearer, brighter skin. Gentle facial cupping may also be used when appropriate to further stimulate lymphatic flow and leave the complexion looking more lifted and energised.

Cupping therapy

Cupping therapy is a gentle, hands-on technique that helps release tension, encourage circulation and support the body’s natural healing processes. Using smooth glass or silicone cups, a light suction is created on the skin, helping to soften tight muscles, ease stiffness and draw fresh blood flow into the area. Many people experience a sense of warmth, openness and relief as the body relaxes and begins to unwind.

Gua sha

Gua sha is a soothing, hands-on therapy that helps release tension, encourage circulation and bring fresh vitality to the skin and underlying tissues. Using a smooth, specially shaped tool, gentle strokes are applied to areas of tightness or stagnation. This encourages the flow of blood and lymph, helping to ease discomfort, reduce puffiness and support the body’s natural healing response.

Moxibustion

Moxibustion is a gentle warming therapy used to support circulation, ease discomfort and encourage the body’s natural healing processes. It involves the careful use of moxa ,  a dried, purified form of the herb mugwort ,  which is warmed near specific acupuncture points to create a soothing, therapeutic heat. This warmth penetrates deeply, helping to relax the muscles, nourish the tissues and restore a sense of balance throughout the body.
